Areas of Practice

Our attorneys have handled every type of case imaginable - from misdemeanors to murders. We know that no two cases are alike, and every case needs its own individualized defense plan. Our attorneys have the experience and know-how to develop the right plan for your case.

When your civil rights are violated, you have the right to sue under the Civil Rights Act. Our attorneys are dedicated to aggressively defending your rights by going on the offensive with civil rights lawsuits. We handle all manner of plaintiff's civil rights cases from excessive force and wrongful arrest to complex discrimination cases.

The juvenile courts deal with two distinct areas: Juvenile dependency, when the state is attempting to limit or eliminate the right of the parent(s) to parent a child, and Juvenile delinquency, when the state is accusing a minor of a crime. We have expertise in every aspect of these two systems.
